Fresh Mint Market started in 2014 as a single refrigerated case and a stubborn belief: a sandwich is only as good as what goes in it. A decade later we're still on Hawthorne, still slicing to order, and still buying from the same growers, bakers and cheesemakers we shake hands with at the market.
